AI Operations Engineer

hirify.global is building an AI operating system that helps large enterprises overcome the complexity of SAP systems and legacy custom code.

What you will do

• Partner with leads across GTM, product, finance, and operations to identify and prioritise high-impact automation opportunities.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tooling using code-first approaches and suitable low-code platforms.
• Work with engineering to understand the technical product and improve developer productivity workflows.
• Build internal tools that make engineering teams faster and maintain knowledge systems that increase in value over time.
• Own automation adoption from opportunity identification through deployment and ongoing use.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product roles.
• Technical ability to prototype real workflows using code-first approaches and contribute to engineering productivity.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Clay, Gumloop, or similar tools.
• Strong process-thinking and prioritisation skills, with a focus on building solutions that are adopted.
• Ability to combine hands-on implementation with business-case communication to leadership.
