What you will do
- Own the evaluation system that feeds the self-improving AI agent loop.
- Push the limits of AI-generated design and improve the quality of the AI design agent.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop novel solutions based on user needs.
- Prioritize open-ended problems and decide what to work on to improve the agent.
Requirements
- Experience working with AI models and/or building AI agents.
- Experience with evaluation systems, post-training, or context engineering.
- Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to distill complex problems.
- Regular use of AI tools in daily workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
