What you will do
- Embed with business functions to map workflows and identify high-leverage opportunities for AI automation.
- Design and build scalable AI solutions, including agents, copilots, and data analytics tools.
- Instrument and connect core business systems like CRM, support, and finance platforms.
- Own the full lifecycle of solutions from discovery and prototyping to production and adoption.
- Establish standards, evaluations, and guardrails to ensure automations are trustworthy and maintainable.
- Partner with R&D to integrate internal AI capabilities into business operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in North America (remote or hybrid in San Francisco).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with business systems automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, n8n).
- Ability to decompose complex business processes and design measurable improvements.
- Consultative communication skills to translate between technical and executive stakeholders.
