Salary: $100K–$250K annual base salary, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Develop and ship production-ready AI agents for drafting, analyzing, and evaluating patents.
• Improve proprietary agents and build new tools that increase product quality and customer adoption.
• Design context-management systems for processing thousands of documents reliably at scale.
• Build specialist tools, integrations, and prompts in collaboration with IP experts.
• Create an evaluation pipeline and benchmark AI performance across large datasets.

Requirements

• Expert-level Python skills.
• Industry experience shipping AI agents or evaluation pipelines into production.
• Experience with context engineering and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with backend development and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with frontend development using TypeScript and React.
• Extremely clear writing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Publications at leading machine learning conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, or ICML, or in adjacent fields.
