Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto; candidates must be located in one of these cities or willing to relocate

What you will do

• Design and orchestrate customer-specific agentic workflows using AI prompting and the multi-agent platform.
• Extend platform capabilities to solve complex customer challenges.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and product and engineering teams.
• Diagnose deployment and integration issues and optimize performance for reliable operation in high-stakes environments.
• Build internal tools, documentation, and reference implementations to accelerate customer rollouts and scale the multi-agent ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Strong interest in AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation.
• Science or engineering education; college dropout candidates are welcome.
• Ability to prioritize independently, unblock work, and operate with a strong bias toward action.
• Comfort working in an early-stage environment with evolving processes.
• Located in San Francisco or Toronto, or willing to relocate.
