Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site at the NYC headquarters five days per week. Relocation support is available for candidates not already based in NYC.

Salary: $160K–$300K plus equity. Exact compensation depends on experience and level.

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, design, and engineering to define product strategy and own the roadmap.
• Drive features end-to-end, including requirements, specifications, stakeholder alignment, and coordination across design, engineering, and go-to-market.
• Conduct ongoing user conversations and translate customer pain points into product priorities.
• Define experiences for intelligent, self-directed automation that remains predictable and reliable at scale.
• Help non-technical enterprise users understand complex workflows, collaborate across teams, and trust AI-driven execution.
• Establish product practices as the first dedicated product hire.

Requirements

• Strong product judgment and a high bar for simple, elegant user experiences.
• Technical fluency sufficient to work as a peer with engineering in a technical product domain.
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• AI fluency, including experience exploring and prototyping with current AI tools and reasoning about model capabilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in the NYC office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for large enterprise customers.
• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, or other non-deterministic systems.
