Talent Acquisition Lead

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through closing and onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines across technical and business roles.
• Partner with co-founders, hiring managers, and engineers to define roles and assess talent.
• Create a fast, rigorous, and compelling candidate experience.
• Build scalable recruiting systems while remaining hands-on in critical searches.
• Identify hiring obstacles and take ownership of solving them.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting or another field requiring strong talent judgment and persuasion.
• High agency, urgency, judgment, and follow-through.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resourcefulness, organization, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Willingness to personally execute every part of the recruiting process.
• Motivation to work across AI, cybersecurity, and national security.

Nice to have
