What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across incubated and portfolio companies, focusing on engineering, product, data science, AI/ML, and technical leadership roles.
• Partner with founders and executive teams to scope roles, define hiring strategies, and manage searches from kickoff through close.
• Advise portfolio leadership on organizational design, talent planning, leadership assessment, and compensation benchmarking.
• Build candidate pipelines and cultivate relationships with technical talent.
• Develop recruiting infrastructure, including interview processes, scorecards, leveling frameworks, compensation guidance, and recruiting playbooks.
• Manage multiple searches and stakeholder relationships while coordinating with external recruiting agencies when needed.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across agency or search-firm and startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong technical recruiting experience hiring for engineering, product, data science, AI/ML, and other technical functions.
• Experience recruiting for venture-backed startups or fast-paced technology companies.
• Ability to advise founders and senior leadership teams, with strong talent assessment and interviewing judgment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organization, and execution skills.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, intellectual curiosity, high EQ, humility, and a collaborative mindset.
