Product Manager (DNA)

Location: Remote, subject to location restrictions and eligible US locations

Salary: $100,300–$119,101 base salary, with eligibility for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Build DNA features that deliver personalized insights and increase free-trial and subscriber conversion.
• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for customer-facing conversational and agentic AI services.
• Lead continuous product discovery by using AI-native workflows to build data prototypes, validate assumptions, and test hypotheses.
• Collaborate with product design on intuitive experiences that simplify complex genomic and genealogical data.
• Partner with DNA science, engineering, and architecture teams to develop APIs, logic, front-end components, and DNA platform services.
• Use quantitative and qualitative feedback to run experiments and adapt product strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience delivering successful consumer products at global scale.
• Experience shipping data-dense or AI-powered consumer features; experience with GenAI, LLMs, or conversational agent frameworks is highly preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools to research, query data, and build functional prototypes during discovery.
• Ability to manage complex back-end systems, navigate ambiguity, and connect technical architecture with business strategy.
• Strong UX judgment, data literacy, and experience running A/B tests on features, algorithms, or AI models.
• Bachelor’s degree required; STEM, computer science, or genomics background is a plus.
