Product Manager - D2C (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base pay per year

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for AI-powered agent enablement tools and consumer-facing product experiences.
• Build internal coaching, follow-up, and lead nurture tools that improve agent performance.
• Optimize website conversion funnels and consumer flows through A/B testing and behavioral data.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and analytics to ship product experiences.
• Identify client journey pain points and improve communication between agents, consumers, and partners.
• Use experimentation, user research, and data to validate assumptions and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience optimizing conversion funnels, leading A/B tests, or improving digital consumer journeys.
• Strong product judgment, adaptability, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, iterate quickly, and collaborate effectively.
• Experience with AI is not required but interest in practical AI applications is expected.
