Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Work From Anywhere (WFA)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually

hirify.global is a privately owned digital marketing company serving the multifamily industry, with a predictive analytics platform called Fiona.

What you will do

• Found and lead a new product pod focused on productizing agency operations and customer data.
• Define the pod charter, strategy, roadmap, and execution from scratch.
• Lead discovery and delivery of integrations, customer data architecture, core platform experiences, and workflow products.
• Partner with agency operations leaders to determine what should be solved by people, product, or automation.
• Deliver end-to-end experiences, including internal enablement and change management.
• Measure operational efficiency, adoption, time-to-value, revenue retention, expansion, and CSAT.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of AI product experience.
• Technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, core platforms, and workflow productization.
• Proven 0→1 ownership of an ambiguous, mission-critical product area through launch and adoption.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and aligning operations, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in developing toward product management leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in a small startup with fewer than 150 people.
• Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow and integration products.
• Experience in tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service businesses.
• Digital marketing or real estate domain knowledge.
