Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Work From Anywhere

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Found and lead a new product pod focused on productizing agency operations and customer data.
• Own the pod charter, strategy, roadmap, discovery, and end-to-end delivery.
• Lead integrations, customer data architecture, core platform experiences, and workflow productization.
• Conduct customer, agency team, and market discovery while validating new technology product opportunities.
• Partner with operations leaders, executives, engineers, and customers to decide what should be solved through people, product, or automation.
• Measure product adoption, time-to-value, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of AI product experience.
• Technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, core platforms, and workflow productization.
• Proven 0→1 ownership of an ambiguous, mission-critical product area through launch and adoption.
• Experience with customer discovery, research, strategic communication, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
• Genuine interest in growing into product management leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in a small startup with fewer than 150 employees.
• Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow and integration products.
• Experience in tech-enabled services, hybrid product-service businesses, digital marketing, or real estate.
• First-PM-in-domain experience.
