What you will do

• Drive commercial growth for Feed & Biofuel business solutions within the North West African region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize sales and profitability.
• Manage and expand channel and agent networks to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
• Lead negotiations and secure contracts in alignment with corporate pricing policies.
• Track and report market opportunities using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Fluency in English and French (must have).
• Proven background in business development and technical sales of capital equipment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to execute on regional strategies.
• Availability to travel approximately 70% of the time.
• Valid driver license.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master in Business Administration/Marketing.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
