Manager, Client Implementations

Location: On-site in New York City, United States; candidates located in or open to relocating to New York City are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $115K–$145K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Client Implementation Specialists and Operations Associates through goal setting and coaching.
• Implement hirify.global for large enterprise clients and coordinate deployments with client and internal teams.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to align requirements, capabilities, and deliverables.
• Build project plans, milestones, and delivery processes to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and implementation best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Document implementation learnings in policies, procedures, and playbooks while supporting client SLAs.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of project management and/or software implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in high-volume or high-growth environments, with comfort handling ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site daily in the New York City office, including periodic evening and weekend work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, or private companies.
• Experience in private banking, investment management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data.
