Launch Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (On-site 5 days a week)

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 per year

hirify.global is a Series C consumer fintech company that enables major brands to launch and scale credit card programs using AI-powered servicing.

What you will do

• Own the launch plan for new brand programs, managing timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Execute daily launch processes, including standups, partner syncs, and executive status updates.
• Identify and resolve blockers early, escalating issues with proposed solutions when necessary.
• Coordinate complex deliverables across issuing banks, card networks, processors, and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners to ensure alignment across both organizations.
• Monitor operational details across credit policy, rewards design, compliance, and card fulfillment.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in launch management, operations, consulting, or banking.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with five or more stakeholders delivering on the same date.
• Strong understanding of fintech, payments, or financial services terminology.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to track and verify complex requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, compliance, and business functions.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week.
