Enterprise Solutions Manager (AI)

Location: 5 days a week in office in San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $166,000–$185,300 USD annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Partner with Directors on client meetings, requirements scoping, and strategic solution design.
• Coordinate between enterprise clients, the global talent network, and internal delivery teams.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes from 0-1.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical handoffs and automation.
• Lead project delivery, performance analysis, and quality optimization across workflows.
• Conduct daily team reviews, mentor operational staff, and build data-driven insights for real-time analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing enterprise roles and stakeholder management.
• Experience in consulting, banking, technology, or high-growth startup environments.
• Proven experience building operations and processes from 0-1.
• Strong project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, ownership mentality, and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, or automation platforms.
