Associate Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Build customer relationships and lead technical deployment projects across customer segments.
• Explore and document product functionality across the web application and API.
• Develop deployment best practices and improve internal operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to launch customers successfully.
• Represent customer needs in product roadmap discussions and help improve customer value realization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Ability to guide customers through SaaS or AI platform deployments and work with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Technical curiosity, including comfort working with product data, internal databases, code parsing, or SQL.
• Strong project organization, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and execution skills.
• For U.S. employment, authorization to work in the United States is required and will be verified through E-Verify.

• Experience in implementation management, consulting, SaaS, or AI.
