Program Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: New York, United States; onsite at the NYC office a minimum of 4 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs across technology, operations, compliance, and product.
• Establish program governance, including status reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and milestone tracking.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define scope, prioritize deliverables, and maintain strategic alignment.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, resource allocation, project plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
• Improve program and project management practices across the Change & Delivery function and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale technology and operational integrations in a post-M&A environment, including system consolidation and cross-entity alignment.
• Hands-on delivery and problem-solving experience with tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to operate across strategic planning and granular execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, securities, tokenization, regulated financial services, exchange platforms, trading infrastructure, or fintech.
• PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent certification.
