Program Manager (Banking)

Salary: $86,129–$127,189 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and external stakeholders.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resource plans; implement mitigation actions.
• Drive governance, status reporting, executive communication, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings.
• Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and metrics while promoting continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience managing complex programs and cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Experience with budget management, resource planning, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of project governance and risk management frameworks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
