Recruiting Operations

Location: On-site in the New York City or San Francisco office, United States

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and optimize the ATS, including pipeline configuration, stage definitions, scorecards, automations, and integrations.
• Audit hiring workflows, identify bottlenecks and candidate drop-off points, and implement process improvements.
• Manage or lead Recruiting Coordinators, setting priorities and supporting their growth and performance.
• Build recruiting dashboards covering time to hire, pipeline conversion, source quality, and offer acceptance.
• Design hiring manager enablement materials, including intake templates, interview guides, scorecards, documentation, and playbooks.
• Set recruiting SLAs and partner with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning and requisition tracking.

Requirements

• Systems-oriented approach to mapping and improving broken processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills, including building dashboards and translating data into recommendations.
• Experience configuring and optimizing modern ATS platforms.
• Strong communication skills for enablement sessions and cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers.
• High organization, agency, and comfort building recruiting infrastructure from zero.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City or San Francisco office.
