Recruiting Operations (AI)

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-powered healthcare network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma companies to help patients access treatment faster and support better drug research and launches.

What you will do

• Own Ashby architecture, including jobs, interview plans, workflows, permissions, automations, integrations, and data integrity.
• Build reporting and dashboards covering hiring progress, recruiting capacity, funnel conversion, time to hire, and source quality.
• Audit hiring processes, identify bottlenecks and candidate drop-off, and drive operational improvements.
• Translate headcount plans and business priorities into search prioritization, capacity plans, forecasts, and operating cadences.
• Develop recruiting processes, templates, playbooks, service standards, and company-wide referral programs.
• Manage the broader recruiting technology stack and build integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in recruiting operations, people operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar systems- and analytics-oriented role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and improving a modern ATS; direct Ashby experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong data skills with Excel or Sheets; SQL, BigQuery, or business-intelligence experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and influence recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and senior leaders.
• Track record of moving quickly, finding practical solutions, and delivering against demanding goals.

Nice to have

• Experience building recruiting operations systems and processes from scratch at an early-stage or hyper-scaling company.
• Experience with recruiting AI tools such as Clay or Juicebox.
