Senior Consultant, Professional Services (Procurement)

Location: Remote, US-based; willingness to travel 35% or more is required.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Implement the hirify.global system within customers’ procurement processes alongside project teams.
• Apply functional, technical, and product expertise to design effective customer solutions.
• Review procurement processes and templates and map them to the hirify.global platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams in preparing and executing project plans through completion.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify process and system improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for sustaining issues, product enhancements, change requests, training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least 6 years of experience as an implementation consultant, business analyst, or project manager, including onsite and remote customer work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to resolve complex problems, create innovative approaches, and lead through influence.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, resilience, and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Willingness to travel 35% of the time or more.
