Operations Systems Lead (SAP)

Location: Full-time onsite in Worksop or Zabrze, supporting UK and Poland operational sites.

What you will do

• Own SAP utilisation and transaction integrity across warehouse, fulfilment and production operations.
• Lead audits and reporting of systematic compliance at team, site and group levels.
• Control operational master data, including SKU, bill of materials and location information.
• Identify process friction and discrepancies through data analysis, stakeholder feedback and operational observation.
• Coordinate system changes, training and adoption across multiple shifts and sites.
• Explore SAP functionality, automation and AI-supported solutions to reduce manual processing and improve accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP and operational systems in supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse or fulfilment environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to connect system compliance issues with financial impact.
• Ability to translate technical SAP requirements for stakeholders across production, warehouse and fulfilment.
• Experience leading change, coordinating training and embedding new processes across multiple sites and shifts.
• Supportive people-leadership and coaching skills; the role includes 3 direct reports in the UK and 2 in Poland.
• Comfort working full-time onsite in Worksop or Zabrze.

• Interest in AI, automation and newly released SAP functionality.
• Experience working with software suppliers and SAP engineering teams.
