SAP PLM/PS/EPPM Lead (S/4HANA)

Location: Home based in the UK only, with travel to client sites. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements; some roles may have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and design and configure SAP S/4HANA EPPM, PPM, and Project Systems solutions.
• Architect SAP PLM governance for Material Master, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, and Bill of Materials.
• Configure WBS structures, project profiles, networks, milestones, and complex settlement rules.
• Drive integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, and SD, as well as third-party engineering tools.
• Implement Fiori-first user experiences and explore AI-driven Situation Handling for project alerts.
• Contribute presales and consultancy activities.

Requirements

• Proven SAP experience, including at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations in a lead capacity.
• Deep expertise in SAP EPPM, including PPM, CPM, and PS.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PLM objects, including Recipe Management and Specification Management.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core strategy, including BTP/API extensions.
• Presales and consultancy experience.
• UK right to work and eligibility for applicable UK Government and contractual security requirements.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Project Systems or EPPM certification.
• SAP Product Lifecycle Management Associate certification.
