Senior Solutions Consultant (GAM)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; US citizenship required. Willingness to travel up to 70% is required for client engagement and events.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for a commission plan.

What you will do

• Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles for the Government Acquisition Management Suite.
• Partner with Solution Sales Executives and account teams to support sales goals, pipeline health, opportunity qualification, and revenue contribution.
• Design and present technical and business solutions tailored to executives, technical decision-makers, and line-level users.
• Demonstrate how GAM addresses government acquisition outcomes and common customer pain points.
• Lead customer roadmaps, transformation workshops, POCs, and POVs with measurable success criteria and executive sponsorship.
• Develop reusable demos, architectural blueprints, frameworks, and customer success assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, executive engagement, and demonstrating business value.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• US citizenship.
• Strong communication, influencing, requirements-analysis, presentation, and system-design skills.
• Experience designing architectures integrated with enterprise environments, including ERP, CRM, data, workflow, AI, and partner solutions.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.

Nice to have

• Successful experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or in client-facing Professional Services or Consulting with sales involvement.
• Experience creating custom POCs and demos.
• Familiarity with the federal procurement lifecycle, Business Process Management, low-code, or application development platforms.
• Experience with application servers, web servers, and databases in production environments.
• Experience conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams.
