Senior Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: New York City or San Francisco, United States; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

OTE salary: $231,100–$276,275 per year for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, plus potential bonus or sales incentive and RSUs.

Company

Fin, an hirify.global company, develops an AI Customer Agent that provides always-on customer support across service, sales, and ecommerce channels.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs and define appropriate solutions.
• Deliver pre-sales presentations, solution reviews, and detailed technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored proof-of-concepts demonstrating Fin's capabilities.
• Own technical responses to RFPs and customer security questions, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence product planning.
• Improve Solutions Engineering processes and contribute to a best-in-class playbook while driving customer success.

Requirements

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
• At least four years of experience in technical sales, including C-level technical and business relationships.
• Strong technical acumen in technical discovery, value presentations, and translating complex business challenges into tailored solutions.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams, managing POCs and RFPs, and addressing complex security questions.
• Ability to solve problems independently, manage time effectively, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and travel occasionally.
