Technical Delivery Manager

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, USA (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead and deepen customer relationships, driving weekly technical syncs and ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and operations.
• Coordinate complex deliverables across teams to ensure smooth execution and proactive communication regarding progress and risks.
• Build systems, dashboards, and documentation to improve transparency, track SLAs, and enhance deployment performance.
• Diagnose technical issues in partnership with engineers and close the loop between customer insights and product improvements.
• Develop repeatable processes and frameworks to scale high-touch customer experiences as the business grows.

Requirements

• Background in consulting, technical program management, business development, or customer success.
• Proven history of strong relationship management and growing B2B accounts.
• Technical fluency with systems, APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Proficiency with SQL, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Mateo.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese or experience working closely with China-based teams.
