Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand goals, create delivery plans, and drive measurable AI search visibility and growth outcomes.
• Configure, adapt, and scale hirify.global playbooks across customer accounts and industry verticals.
• Work with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to align customer needs, product capabilities, and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor performance data, identify trends and risks, and communicate recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bring customer and field feedback into product and delivery teams to improve the platform, customer experience, and future playbooks.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Solutions, Customer Success, or a similar role at a high-growth startup.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating business goals into execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain alignment across customers and internal teams while managing multiple workstreams.
• High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI search, GEO/AEO strategy, and discovery across LLMs and answer engines.
• Experience with Google Search Console and GA4 data.
• Experience at an early- or growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
• Experience turning customer feedback into product recommendations, documentation, or enablement materials.
