Senior Global Supply Manager I - PCBA

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States. U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements. The role may involve up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Base pay range: $95,000–$130,000 USD per year for California.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with program cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Build supplier relationships from initial RFIs through contract execution and ongoing management.
• Lead supplier negotiations and establish contractual frameworks with Legal and Contracts.
• Improve supplier performance through metrics, scorecards, reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams from prototyping through full-scale production.
• Identify cost savings, maintain cost models and should-cost analyses, and conduct market research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 9+ years of total work experience as an alternative.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Beach, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or other disruptive manufacturing industries.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and understand design for manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100 and export controls.
• APICS certification.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
