Customer Success Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the post-sales customer journey including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and monitor customer health metrics
• Provide expertise and guidance on Travel Rule Compliance programs
• Drive upsells by identifying and qualifying upgrade opportunities
• Contribute to strategic decisions by sharing customer insights and feedback
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/CS tools
• Participate in On Call duty outside office hours as needed

Requirements

• Must have prior Customer Success or Account Management experience in Cryptocurrency, FinTech, RegTech SaaS, or complex technical markets
• 6-8 years of Customer Success experience managing full customer lifecycle
• Experience negotiating and closing deals with clients ranging from SMBs to Enterprise
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
• Proactive problem solver with high emotional intelligence

Nice to have

• Experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Regtech
• Payments industry experience
