What you will do

• Own full commercial relationships, delivery outcomes, and strategic growth for a portfolio of global banks, hedge funds, and energy firms.
• Manage all renewals, lead commercial negotiations, and accurately forecast ARR churn risk.
• Design and deliver strategic Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focusing on compliance posture and regulatory risk.
• Identify and drive inbound expansion deals independently in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Lead end-to-end escalation management, translating technical updates into actionable client communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Virginia/Washington office (Hybrid).
• Deep working knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks.
• Expertise in the financial services regulatory environment across global banking and asset management.
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder account management within highly regulated institutions.
• Strong track record in commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS, including renewals and expansions.
