Sales Business Intelligence Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Herndon, Virginia, USA; hybrid with on-site work 2–3 days per week. Candidates should live within approximately 50 miles of the office and must have U.S. work authorization.

Base salary: $98,900–$143,600 USD annually, plus bonus plans and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales leadership, account executives, and executives.
• Analyze, stress-test, and validate pipeline and forecast submissions with senior sales stakeholders.
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, including accurate fields, disciplined opportunity stages, and clean pipeline inputs.
• Develop Excel-based models and trackers for pipeline coverage, quota attainment, bookings, and win/loss analysis.
• Prepare clear reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Identify data gaps and process inefficiencies, recommending improvements to sales and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, nested formulas, and complex logic.
• Up to 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and confidence engaging senior leaders.
• U.S. work authorization and comfort working in a defense or government contracting environment are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or MaxIQ.
• Understanding of sales compensation concepts, including quota, attainment, and incentives.
