Business Analyst - Enterprise Accounts

Salary: $61,000–$94,000 annual salary, negotiable based on experience and location

What you will do

• Analyze market trends, pay and bill rates, markup structures, profitability requirements, and client priorities to prepare customized pricing recommendations.
• Prepare rate cards aligned with gross margin targets, company profitability guidelines, client requirements, and market conditions.
• Perform quantitative pricing analyses for RFPs and other initiatives, including pricing scenarios, discounts, rebates, markups, and related financial structures.
• Develop and maintain pricing calculators and Excel-based scenario analyses to support pricing discussions and leadership decisions.
• Coordinate multiple RFPs and pricing initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Generate reports and analyze DOMO, Salesforce, salary guide, labor-market, revenue, placement, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and support referral bonus reporting through Ironclad.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Prior experience in data analysis, business analysis, pricing, finance, or another related analytical role is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including pivot tables, logical formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, and analysis of large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues accurately.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify meaningful trends, and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including communication with senior leadership and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to quickly learn, retain, interpret, and share new information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, RFPs, pricing analysis, or data-manipulation tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, DOMO, and Tableau.
