Technician, Process (Optical and Electronics Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
• Set up and operate processing equipment for test runs and process development.
• Monitor, audit, and guide line operators.
• Prepare records, charts, and graphs of test results for engineering review.
• Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Requirements

• High diploma graduation.
• At least 5 years of experience in an optical or electronic company.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially die bonding, auto-alignment, or 3D soldering machines.
• Understanding of systems and manufacturing concepts.
• Knowledge of yield monitoring, yield improvement, and kaizen concepts.
• Engineering-based problem-solving skills.
