Component Engineer (Photonics)

What you will do

• Support production teams in testing and resolving technical and quality issues related to key electronic components.
• Coordinate engineering teams to improve component yield, testing, and production readiness.
• Lead technical testing, analysis, joint validation, debugging, and component qualification activities.
• Collaborate with vendors, R&D engineering, laboratory teams, product managers, and system teams on component quality and reliability.
• Configure key components for server and workstation applications and support customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, competitive analyses, and presentations for customers and internal product teams.

Requirements

• BSEE or BSCE degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with key component laboratory testing and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of server and workstation systems and component solutions.
• Knowledge of component design, manufacturing, product requirements, and lifecycle management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system-level CPU, DRAM, and Flash engineering is an advantage.
