Recruiter (Healthcare SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from role intake and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
• Build talent pipelines across engineering, go-to-market, operations, and future hiring needs.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and creative channels.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, team dynamics, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and strengthen the talent brand.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, and metrics while tracking hiring performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, including strong technical recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience building recruiting processes and systems in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Ashby or Greenhouse and sourcing tools.

Nice to have

• Experience building recruiting functions from scratch at Series B–D companies with fewer than 250 employees.
• Experience in VC-backed SaaS environments.
• Experience at companies that doubled headcount within 18–24 months.
• Track record of attracting top talent from well-known employers.
