Inside Sales Specialist (Biotech)

Location: Remote within APAC; role focused on China

What you will do

• Identify, develop, and qualify inbound and outbound leads through campaigns, events, and prospecting.
• Position Twist’s products to address customer project and business needs.
• Partner with field sales representatives to create joint plans and achieve sales targets.
• Route qualified opportunities to sales executives and convert leads into revenue.
• Develop strategic opportunities, including retargeting and dormant accounts.
• Attend customer meetings, conferences, and trade shows while closing sales and meeting quarterly targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of inside sales experience in biotechnology or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, genetics, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM system.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
