Sample & Logistics Specialist (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Assist with planning and coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and minimize excess inventory.
• Communicate with suppliers to support timely deliveries and resolve logistics issues.
• Support process improvements that increase supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and maintain supply chain performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Professional Formation (FP) or a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Chinese proficiency.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
• Background in technology hardware, electronics, or manufacturing.
