What you will do

• Develop strategies and tactics to grow awareness and drive qualified traffic and inbound sales.
• Own marketing campaigns from planning and implementation through performance analysis.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content, pay-per-click campaigns, events, publicity, social media, and lead generation.
• Create website and blog content that attracts and converts customers.
• Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Manage the marketing budget, measure campaign performance, and assess results against company goals.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrable marketing experience and the ability and motivation to learn.
• Experience identifying target audiences and leading engaging, educational, and motivating multi-channel campaigns.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, or WebTrends.
• Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Numerical literacy, including interpreting metrics, processing spreadsheets, and working comfortably with figures.

Nice to have

• Strong aesthetic judgment, a good sense of taste, and an appreciation for high-quality copy and witty communication.
• Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing and measurement trends and best practices.
