Strategy & Operations Associate (AI)

Location: San Jose, California, United States. Hybrid work with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $88,400–$131,560 USD per year, with compensation determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across business and corporate functions.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven transformation, automation, and workflow redesign.
• Build executive-ready presentations, business cases, dashboards, ROI frameworks, reports, and KPI definitions.
• Develop lightweight AI-enabled solutions, agents, and copilots using structured and unstructured data.
• Track AI use cases, adoption metrics, success measures, and value-realization outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, align stakeholders, monitor milestones and outcomes, and communicate risks and decisions to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, analytics, finance, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, structured problem-solving, writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for productivity, research, analysis, content creation, or decision-making.
• Ability to build lightweight AI agents, copilots, dashboards, and visualizations from multiple data sources.
• Strong proficiency with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Gemini Vertex.
• Ability to rapidly learn emerging technologies and apply them to business challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, enterprise software, technology, business transformation, or high-growth operating environments.
• Exposure to workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, Python, APIs, and AI-powered analytics tools.
• Experience applying AI to business processes, reporting, communications, knowledge management, or operational efficiency.
• Strong executive storytelling skills and curiosity for emerging technologies.
