Strategy & Operations Associate (AI)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $88,400–$131,560 USD per year, with final compensation based on location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across business and corporate functions.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven transformation, workflow redesign, and automation.
• Build executive-ready business cases, dashboards, reports, ROI frameworks, KPI definitions, visualizations, and lightweight AI-enabled solutions.
• Track AI use cases, adoption metrics, success measures, and value-realization outcomes.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs by tracking milestones, aligning stakeholders, monitoring outcomes, and driving accountability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, analytics, finance, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, structured problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for productivity, analysis, research, content creation, or decision-making.
• Experience building lightweight AI agents, copilots, dashboards, and visualizations from structured and unstructured data.
• Proficiency with AI platforms and tools including Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Gemini Vertex.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, enterprise software, technology, business transformation, or high-growth operating environments.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics tools, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, Python, or APIs.
• Experience applying AI to business processes, reporting, communications, knowledge management, or operational efficiency.
• Strong executive storytelling skills and curiosity about emerging technologies.
