Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote — United States

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver customized product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Build proofs of concept and quick prototypes that demonstrate how AI agents solve compliance and operational problems.
• Present technical solutions to CTOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and other business and technical stakeholders.
• Address technical questions and objections related to integrations, compliance, and performance.
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering and influence the product roadmap.
• Develop sales enablement materials, demo environments, and solution engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts as tangible business value.
• Ability to build quick prototypes and debug code in real time.
• Consultative, customer-first approach and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing technical role bridging sales and engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, compliance, or AI products.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
