Business Operations Lead (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in New York City, at the SoHo office

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year, plus competitive equity and comprehensive employee benefits.

What you will do

• Own strategic and operational projects from concept through execution, including enterprise onboarding, pricing, product readiness, and operational scaling.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with GTM and Product teams to structure and manage enterprise relationships.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvements across workflows and teams.
• Prepare materials for executive meetings, investor updates, enterprise clients, annual planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze internal data to generate actionable recommendations and coordinate cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Degree from a top university with a strong academic record.
• Exceptional analytical skills, advanced Excel or Sheets proficiency, and strong financial modeling experience.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to create structure from ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences.
• Demonstrated project management experience and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
