Location: New York City, on-site; candidates may be based in New York or willing to relocate.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annual US base salary plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global is building a regulated banking infrastructure company that combines a national bank charter with its proprietary Marble core banking system for dollar, euro, and stablecoin clearing.

What you will do

• Run daily operational cases, reviews, escalations, and customer workflows in a core banking domain.
• Document process breakdowns and identify recurring manual work and failure modes.
• Automate operational work by shipping rules, sub-flows, and AI-enabled agents.
• Measure improvements in rebuilt workflows and eliminate routine queue work.
• Turn operational findings into specifications for Engineering and Product.
• Progress from handling cases to owning increasingly broad operational scope.

Requirements

• 2–3 previous internships in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting, or demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurship.
• Experience automating real work with AI tools and workflows.
• Willingness to perform manual operational work before automating it.
• Strong initiative, ownership, persistence, and systems-first problem solving.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate to the United States.
