Founding Engineer (AI)

hirify.global builds AI systems for independent provider groups, modernizing patient and provider communication and healthcare operations.

What you will do

• Shape product, business, technical direction, and company culture alongside the founding team.
• Build production-ready AI infrastructure integrating and fine-tuning voice, text, and desktop agent models.
• Develop reinforcement learning systems with internal and external humans in the loop.
• Own end-to-end product areas for external and internal users, creating polished and empathetic user experiences.
• Design, build, and scale HIPAA-compliant backend infrastructure with strong security, availability, and performance.

Requirements

• 1–10+ years of software engineering experience and a strong computer science background.
• Experience building end-to-end products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to own projects from inception to completion, identify challenges, and develop solutions.
• Empathy for users and the ability to translate user needs into product features and priorities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in big tech or startups.
