TL;DR

Focus on defining the AI roadmap, delivering production AI use cases, establishing model lifecycle standards, and building a multidisciplinary AI team.

What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases with measurable efficiency, cost, or performance improvements.
- Own the design, deployment, and operation of the enterprise AI platform, including LLMs, MLOps, integrations, and AI APIs.
- Establish standards for model lifecycle management, monitoring, incident response, vendor oversight, and responsible usage.
- Lead AI solution delivery across clinical, operational, and corporate functions while driving adoption in business workflows.
- Build and scale a multidisciplinary AI team, including its structure, budget, tooling, and external resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology roles, including 4+ years in leadership or management.
- Experience building or scaling enterprise AI/ML platforms in production environments.
- Deep knowledge of LLM ecosystems, MLOps practices, vector databases, and AI API architectures.
- Experience translating business problems into AI product requirements and delivering solutions.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare IT, clinical decision support, or HIPAA-regulated environments.
- Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, and Amazon Connect AI capabilities.
- Experience building teams from the ground up in a new function.
- Background in workforce management, BPO technology, or contact center AI.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
