What you will do

• Lead semiconductor integration for ion-trap quantum computing platforms, focusing on BEOL CMOS, photonics integration, and advanced packaging.
• Develop and execute integration strategies covering high-voltage and RF device requirements, manufacturability, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive yield learning, integration debugging, root-cause analysis, DOE definition, and corrective actions.
• Translate system and device requirements into integration schemes, process requirements, and design rules.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of integration engineers while setting technical priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate execution with device engineering, process development, packaging, reliability, manufacturing, and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant semiconductor process or integration engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical programs and developing engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Approximately 10% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor process integration, BEOL, photonics integration, or advanced packaging.
• Familiarity with yield learning, DOE methodologies, and semiconductor metrology.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or advanced development environments.
• Exposure to quantum computing hardware, ion trapping, or cryogenic and vacuum systems.
