IT Helpdesk Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Provision and de-provision user accounts across SSO, email, productivity, and enterprise systems.
• Manage on-premises and cloud-based IT systems and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across IT, AV infrastructure, and lab operations.
• Maintain secure, unified, scalable office and remote network environments for the hybrid workforce.
• Manage endpoint security, device management, vulnerability assessments, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Administer SaaS and collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, GitHub, and Zoom Room AV systems.
• Lead IT projects such as office build-outs, system overhauls, and cloud migrations; automate workflows and investigate recurring support issues.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT support and operations, particularly with cloud platforms, security, and enterprise applications.
• Experience designing and scaling IT environments in dynamic settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with Okta, Google Workspace, Meraki, Kandji, Intune, and endpoint detection and response tools.
• Advanced knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VLAN configurations, MDM solutions, and SOC 2 compliance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, prioritization, and independent execution skills.
