IT Specialist (AI)

hirify.global is a Series A AI startup developing automated tools and expert datasets rooted in psychology and powered by clinicians to improve safety in the AI era.

What you will do

• Provide primary IT support for hardware, software, SaaS applications, and employee technical issues.
• Provision, configure, deploy, maintain, repair, and track laptops, accessories, and other IT assets.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation, account provisioning, and access changes.
• Administer accounts and permissions across Google Workspace, Slack, Okta or equivalent platforms, following least-privilege principles.
• Maintain endpoint management, device policies, software deployment, SaaS integrations, licensing, and system health.
• Assist with endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, security incidents, compliance evidence, and employee security awareness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Experience supporting macOS environments and productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Slack.
• Familiarity with identity and access management, SaaS administration, and endpoint management tools such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
• Basic understanding of MFA, endpoint security, device encryption, and least-privilege access.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop broader IT security and compliance expertise in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance programs.
• Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace Admin, JumpCloud, Kandji, Jamf, CrowdStrike, or similar platforms.
• Experience writing scripts or automating IT tasks with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting cloud-first organizations.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Google Workspace Administrator.
