Deployment Strategist (Audio AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead customer journeys from ideation through launch for critical audio AI initiatives.
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and organizational levels.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable strategies with research and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities where audio data and research insights can create additional customer value.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, align stakeholders, and advance opportunities through mutual close plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in deployment strategy, consulting, product or program management, founding, or a related area.
• Familiarity with the AI training lifecycle and strong technical intuition for high-quality training data.
• Experience building strategies to capture, grow, and retain revenue.
• Strong verbal and written communication, project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and senior executives in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data science-related programming languages.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fast-growing startup or technology company.
• Education or professional experience in computer science, engineering, data science, statistics, or another STEM field.
• Track record in B2B client-facing roles involving opportunity generation and closing complex technical solutions.
