Adoption Strategist (AI SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Partner with executive stakeholders to define business objectives, adoption strategies, and success metrics.
• Develop and execute adoption roadmaps for enterprise and strategic customers.
• Translate AI capabilities and product developments into executive-level delivery plans.
• Coordinate implementation and AI configuration with Contract AI Services to support long-term adoption.
• Own project execution, including timelines, deliverables, risks, stakeholder alignment, and escalations.
• Monitor adoption metrics, customer health, and business outcomes while improving delivery methodologies and adoption frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Change Management, or enterprise SaaS adoption.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, AI technologies, organizational change management, and customer success methodologies.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Experience using adoption metrics and analytics with large enterprise customers and executive leadership teams.
