Founding AI Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, 5 days per week

Base salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to close enterprise deals and execute customer proof-of-concepts.
• Orchestrate migrations from customers’ existing marketing infrastructure onto Conversion.
• Bridge customer teams and engineers to ensure smooth, successful implementations.
• Advise marketing teams on using Conversion to expand their marketing efforts with AI.
• Work with engineering and product to shape the platform through customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience studying or working in software engineering.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and product.
• Strong motivation to help customers and support their success with the product.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco 5 days per week.
