Founding Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-person five days per week

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with sales to close enterprise deals and execute proof-of-concepts.
• Orchestrate customer migrations from existing marketing infrastructure onto Conversion.
• Bridge customer teams and engineering to ensure successful implementations.
• Advise marketing teams on using AI to improve their marketing efforts.
• Work with engineering and product to shape the platform through customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience studying or working in software engineering.
• Strong interest in customer-facing work and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work alongside engineering, growth, and product teams.
• Commitment to helping customers succeed with the product.
• Must work in person in San Francisco five days per week.
